Jesse Leal Named Sensor Beam Program Director at SRC

San Antonio, TX – SRC, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jesse Leal (headshot) has been named director, sensor beam program.

In this role, Leal will provide strategic direction, execution and oversight of the Sensor Beam program, including overseeing cost, schedule and system quality. He will be responsible for expanding the program into new business areas in alignment with the companyís strategic vision and the customerís new mission areas of signals intelligence and modeling and simulation. Leal will work on establishing future business initiatives and developing proposal strategy.

"Jesseís experience and accomplishments in working with the 453rd Electronic Warfare Squadron, in civil service, provides him with an extensive background in the electronic warfare field," said Paul Tremont, president and CEO of SRC. "His know-how is a great resource as we continue to support the Sensor Beam program and expand our capabilities of the EW market."

Leal has been with the SRC enterprise for three years. He has over 30 years of experience working with the federal government as an engineer focused on electronic warfare (EW) systems and modeling and simulation software development. Before his employment at SRC, Leal served as a senior analyst, flight commander, and technical advisor for the 453rd EW squadron. Leal provided a full spectrum of EW support to the Department of Defense and coalition warfighters. He has a bachelorís degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
