SRC brings critical thinkers and innovators together with cutting-edge technologies to solve our clients' biggest infrastructure challenges.
IT Infrastructure Services
Our in-depth understanding of the technology landscape helps to enhance our clients' operations and prepare them for the future. We provide actionable guidance on existing and emerging technology to give our clients the advantage in their missions.
From critical systems and services to networks and facilities, we provide the software, hardware, and analytics expertise necessary to help our clients achieve their mission objectives.
IT Service Management
SRC leads the activities that are performed by an organization to design, plan, deliver, operate and control IT services offered to customers. Differing from more technology-oriented IT management approaches like network management and IT systems management, IT service management is characterized by adopting a process approach towards management, focusing on customer needs and IT services for customers rather than IT systems, and stressing continual improvement.
Along with other IT and general management approaches, information security management and software engineering, SRC designs our IT service management frameworks to the standards and adopted concepts from the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), ISO 9000 and ISO/IEC 270300. SRC is an authorized Professional IT provider to the government under our approved General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70, Special Item Number (SIN) 132-51, and is experienced in managing both small- and large-scale information systems both internally and for our government customers.
Software-Defined Enterprise Services
Working faster, working smarter. We bring legacy systems into the modern age. Defined by software. Driven by the cloud. We have converted disparate servers and storage to Nutanix — housed in a private cloud on site at our customer’s offices.
We transform and modernize networks across the federal government, providing software-defined networking (SDN) and software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN), cyber threat detection and resolution, time-division multiplexing (TDM) to internet protocol (IP) transition and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliant high managed service network and security operations centers.
