SRC, Inc.

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort to be performed by the Contractors, for a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) to cover engineering assessments, procurement of hardware (HW), software (SW), and spares, full aircraft and integration, and Contractor logistics support. The purpose of this SOW is to outline requirements for future delivery orders (DO)/task orders (TO). All or some sections of the SOW could be applicable to each delivery order/task order as called out in the individual Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR). Each FOPR will have detailed and tailored requirements.

The Ordering Period for the contract will be five (5) years total with a three (3)-year base ordering period and two (2) additional one (1)-year option ordering periods. Each DO/TO placed under the MAC ID/IQ will have up to a five (5) year Period of Performance (PoP). The PoP for DOs/TOs may extend beyond the expiration of the final option Ordering Period.

This MAC-IDIQ is composed of three (3) major sections and contains many subsections covering additional work scope. The three major sections are:

  • Key Focus Areas (KFA)
  • Necessary Program Tasks
  • Program Expectations

Individual FOPRs shall include related scope to one (1) or more of the major sections outlined above and the requirements below. Each FOPR will be customized to meet the need(s) of the customer(s) requirement(s). Conversely, individual FOPRs will have specific CDRLs required, again based on the needs of the customers. Sections below include, but are not limited to, the potential requirements within scope of the three (3) major sections.
