OASIS – One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is a General Services Administration (GSA) indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for engineering, logistics, finance, science, program management, and consulting services. OASIS provides all federal government agencies access to SRC’s 60+ years of experience in defense, environment and intelligence services.

OASIS can be used to meet the needs of customers with complex, integrated, professional service-based requirements who cannot use, or find difficulty using, other existing vehicles. OASIS acts as a governmentwide integrated services solution. It complements the agency’s Multiple Award Schedules, but with more capabilities and flexibility.

Contracts under OASIS:

• Span multiple areas of expertise, mission spaces and professional service disciplines
• Allow for the use of all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
• Allow ancillary support services, commonly referred to as other direct costs (ODC), at the task order level, including equipment and supplies
• Services may include IT components as part of professional services requirements as long as IT services do not comprise the majority of the scope
• Have no maximum ceiling on task orders
• Allow for subcontracting and maximize opportunities for small businesses (50% small business subcontracting goals)
• Task orders may include incentives, performance-based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or noncommercial items

• Management consulting services
• Logistics services
• Engineering services
• Scientific services
• Financial services

The ordering period on OASIS runs through September 2024 and the execution period for task orders can run through September 2029.
