Syracuse, NY – SRC, Inc. ("SRC" or "Company"), a global, not-for-profit, defense research and development company, today announced the promotion of Nicole Kopiasz to director of products, commercial and international contracts. The promotion strengthens SRC’s leadership team as the company continues to grow and pursue new product, commercial and international opportunities.
In this expanded role, Kopiasz will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all product, commercial and international contracting activities. She will work across the organization to strengthen contracting operations, manage business risk and help ensure SRC has the processes and expertise needed to support increasingly complex opportunities and long-term growth.

Kopiasz brings more than 23 years of dedicated experience at SRC and SRCTec. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated strong leadership, deep expertise in contract management and an unwavering commitment to advancing the organizations’ shared mission.
Her extensive background spans the contracting life cycle, including monitoring contract performance, administering contract modifications, leading proposal development, reviewing terms and conditions, assessing and mitigating business risk, negotiating contracts and processing cost or pricing data certifications.
Kopiasz holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Marist College and a Master of Business Administration from Le Moyne College. Her strong educational foundation, combined with more than two decades of hands-on industry experience, has equipped her with a distinctive blend of communication skills, contracting expertise and business acumen that will continue to strengthen SRC’s operations as the company grows.
