SRC UK Expands Operations to Support Growing Demand for Radar and Defence Technologies
Lincoln, UK – SRC UK, Ltd has announced the expansion of its operations with a new facility in Lincoln, England to support the growing demand for advanced radar, electronic warfare and defence technologies across the UK, Europe and allied nations.
The new facility will provide additional capacity for radar integration, testing, customer support and future capability development. This will be SRC UK’s third facility in the United Kingdom. The investment reflects increasing demand for technologies capable of supporting a broad range of defence requirements, including air surveillance, weapon locating, force protection and counter-unmanned aircraft system (C-UAS).

"This investment reflects both the increasing demand for advanced radar and sensing technologies and our commitment to expanding the capabilities, expertise and infrastructure needed to support our customers well into the future."
Established in 2019, SRC UK has grown with increasing demand for advanced technology readiness level (TRL) 9 hardware solutions that provide sensing and defence technologies. The company employs 100 and has earned significant recognition for its growth, including being named Scale-Up Business of the Year at the 2025 Lincolnshire Business Awards and securing the top position in the Tussell Top 200 Fastest-Growing Technology Suppliers to the UK public sector.
The expanded facility will support SRC UK's growing portfolio of radar and mission systems technologies, including the Gryphon™ family of radars and other advanced sensing solutions that support weapon-locating, air surveillance and counter-UAS capabilities. The investment will also enhance collaboration with customers and industry partners throughout the UK and Europe while providing a foundation for future growth.
