Syracuse, NY – SRC, Inc. ("SRC" or "Company"), a global, not-for-profit, defense research and development company, is pleased to announce that Nicholas Reppard has been named director of international operations and airborne capabilities.

In this role, Reppard will help shape enterprise strategy and operational alignment across SRC's international subsidiaries in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. He will work closely with leadership teams across the organization to support unified business execution, strengthen collaboration and align global operations under SRC’s long-term vision.

Reppard will also provide strategic leadership for SRC's airborne platform portfolio, guiding enterprise-level product strategy, technology release pathways and cross-border collaboration supporting airborne electronic warfare, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and multifunction systems.

Reppard joined SRC in 2007 and has held leadership roles spanning engineering, product development and strategic technology planning. Most recently, he led cross-functional teams through the design, development, integration, testing and demonstration of complex collaborative systems while supporting the advancement of SRC’s core technologies and products.

Nick holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Clarkson University and master's degrees in electrical engineering and systems engineering from Syracuse University and Johns Hopkins University, respectively.
