SRC Promotes Dave Toomey to Senior Vice President, Electronic Warfare and Services

Syracuse, NYSRC, Inc. ("SRC" or "Company"), is pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Toomey to senior vice president of electronic warfare and services (EW&S).

In his new role, Toomey will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth and overall performance of the EW&S division. He will oversee operations, program execution and business development initiatives to support evolving national security and defense priorities, while spearheading the advancement of emerging electronic warfare technologies.

"Dave's strategic perspective, technical depth and proven leadership make him well-suited to guide our EW&S division into its next chapter," said Kevin Hair, president and CEO. "We are confident that under his leadership, the organization will continue to grow, innovate and deliver mission-critical capabilities."

Toomey holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Norwich University, a master's degree in strategic studies from the Air University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Toomey is a 24-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served in a range of command and leadership roles at the squadron, center, NATO Combined Air Operations Center, Air Staff and Joint Staff levels. He serves as chair on the board of directors for the Madonna Center in San Antonio and is a member of the Air Force Association and the Association of Old Crows.
