SRC Promotes Cartwright and Via to Senior Principal Engineer Roles

Syracuse, NY – SRC, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of two employees to senior principal engineering roles.

Dana Cartwright has been named senior principal software engineer. In this role, Cartwright will contribute to the advancement of software engineering efforts across a broad range of projects and serves as a senior technologist, software lead and engineering project manager. Cartwright holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies in mathematics and computer science from Union College. He is a member of Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Honor Society, and represents SRC on the SOSA Consortium.

Patrick Via has been appointed senior principal firmware engineer. Via will serve as firmware development lead and provide subject matter expertise across the business for signal processing and field-programmable gate array (FPGA). Via brings more than 20 years of experience designing digital control and digital signal processing logic for FPGAs. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Clarkson University.
