SRC Employees Promoted to Director Roles

Syracuse, NY – SRC, Inc. is pleased to announce four employee promotions to director roles.

Nick Dimitrijevski has been named director, strategic supply chain. In this role, Dimitrijevski will support procurement and supply chain efforts, build supplier relationships and oversee procurement and sourcing. He joined SRC in 2010 and brings more than 28 years of experience in engineering, integration and test, quality, supply chain and manufacturing. Dimitrijevski holds an associate degree and bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from SUNY Morrisville and SUNY Polytechnic Institute, respectively, and an MBA from SUNY College at Oswego.

Kevin Gagnier is taking on the role of director, cost and pricing. In this position, Gagnier will drive cost estimation, pricing strategy, proposal compliance and financial analysis across the organization. He joined SRC in 2010 and has played a key role in cost proposal development, data modeling and preparing proposals that meet federal contracting requirements. Gagnier holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Virginia Tech and was certified as a cost estimator/analyst in 2007. He is an Air Force veteran and serves as a committee member for the Boy Scouts of America.

Patrick Scott has been appointed director, business development. In this role, Scott will be responsible for international business development, foreign partner requirements development, commercial partnerships and U.S. stakeholder engagement within the security cooperation community. Scott joined SRC in 2018 and holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from George Mason University, a master's degree in international relations from Webster University and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. He serves as a major in the U.S. Army Reserve, with more than 15 years of combined active and reserve component experience as a Field Artillery and Information Operations Officer.

Paul Venesky has been named director, air and ground surveillance radars. In this role, Venesky will provide leadership and oversight for production and program execution across the Gryphon™ radar portfolio, while continuing to lead the SR Hawk™ business area and collaborating across sales, engineering and customer support. Venesky joined SRC in 2005 and holds an associate degree in electronics from ITT Technical Institute, a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Columbia College and an MBA from Columbia College. He is a member of the Project Management Institute.
