Dave Toomey is senior vice president, electronic warfare and services for SRC, Inc.

Toomey leads the strategic direction, growth, and operational performance of the EW&S division, overseeing program execution and business development to advance emerging electronic warfare technologies and meet evolving national security needs

With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Air Force (USAF), Joint Staff, and defense industry, Mr. Toomey is recognized for his expertise in electronic warfare, low observables, ISR, and cybersecurity.

A 24 year USAF veteran and command pilot, he achieved the rank of colonel and held leadership roles worldwide, including command of the 8th Fighter Squadron and the Air Force Information Operations Center. He completed combat tours in the F 4G Wild Weasel and F 117A Stealth Fighter and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for his service in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Toomey serves on the board of the Madonna Center, supporting programs that strengthen families and communities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Norwich University. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in strategic studies from the US Air Force Air War College. In addition, he has completed Senior Executive Leadership Training at the Air War College and the Syracuse University National Security Management Course.
