Gryphon Skylight® UTM System

Small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) can be used for dozens of commercial applications including real estate, cinematography, agriculture, emergency management and infrastructure inspection. The Gryphon Skylight UAS traffic management (UTM) system offers accurate, actionable situational awareness to enable commercial operations beyond visual line of site.

Inspection in a variety of different applications is a new and emerging market for UAS. This includes inspection of power lines, railway, infrastructure, oil and gas, and real estate. UAS can provide thermal analysis with thermal imaging cameras, live video and blur-free, high resolution images faster and improve safety while providing a lower total cost than previously used methodologies.

Drones are being used in the fields of surveying and mapping, as they can travel to locations and over topography that conventional aircraft cannot. The use of drones increases the safety of staff, and saves time and cost while simultaneously providing high-quality, accurate results.

The rapidly expanding drone market presents a growing opportunity for the precision agriculture market. Small, unmanned systems can be used for collecting important mapping and crop surveying information, crop dusting and spraying crops.
