Nine SRC Employees Promoted to Senior Manager Roles

Syracuse, NY – SRC, Inc. is pleased to announce multiple promotions across the enterprise.

Marsha Bleser has been named senior manager, IT infrastructure. Bleser started with SRC in 2006 and most recently worked as a supervisor for the IT infrastructure group. In this new position she will lead a team in delivery of critical project work while building additional capability and process maturity into infrastructure. Bleser has a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Columbia College.

Adam Bojarski now assumes a role as a senior manager on the business development (BD) team. For the last seven years, Bojarski has worked as the NATO/EUCOM Account Manager, and then as the Manager of Maneuver and Soldier Systems. In this new role, he will continue to provide vision for expansion in specific business areas and execute on strategic BD goals. Bojarski's military education includes graduation of the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Maneuver Captain Career Course, Intermediate Leadership Education and he is currently attending the Advance Operations Course, set to graduate in May 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree in geopolitics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a MBA from SUNY Empire State College, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Adam currently serves as a Major in the NY Army National Guard as well as a board member for the AUSA Northern NY/Fort Drum Chapter.

As a new senior manager of integration services, Edwin Burns will continue working with his team of employees, spread across various government and contractor sites. In this role, he will be responsible for the business development of multiple government contract vehicles and lead courses that train military and civilian planners in mission analysis, planning, and approval. Burns has been with SRC for nine years. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering operations from Iowa State University and a master's degree in systems engineering from Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.

Andrea Emery is now the senior manager of program finance. She started her career with SRC in 2014, most recently serving as manager, program finance, where she forecasted and tracked revenue and costs, providing guidance to analysts and program managers across the enterprise. In this new role, she will provide active direction and coaching to the finance team and work closely with colleagues to provide business insight. Emery has a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from Le Moyne College.

Kevin Gagnier is now the senior manager of cost and pricing. Gagnier has been with the enterprise since 2010 and most recently served as manager, cost and pricing at SRC. As senior manager, Gagnier will continue to oversee all cost proposal submissions as well as the material estimating group which merged with cost & pricing in October 2021. He has a bachelor's degree in finance and a minor in leadership from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.  Gagnier was certified as a cost estimator/analyst in 2007. He is also an Air Force veteran, Boy Scouts leader, and an active member of his church in West Monroe.

Chris Hollensen takes on a new role as senior manager, systems engineering. Hollensen will continue leading a team of engineers in their work on a cutting-edge, on-the-move radar system. He has been with SRC for 11 years, moving to his current role from manager, systems engineering. Hollensen has bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from SUNY Oswego.

Jessica LaVine has been promoted to Sr. Business Development Manager in a technical advisor role serving as an interface between the business divisions and engineering.   LaVine spent most of her career as a Sr. Systems Engineer and Sr. Applications Engineer with more than 10 years of research, testing, and data analysis experience. She is a subject matter expert on SRC's AN/TPQ-49, AN/TP-50, multi-mission radar and counter-UAS programs. LaVine has a bachelor's degree in physics from Union College and a master's in astronomy from the University of Florida.

As the senior manager of benefits, Michelle McCormick is responsible for benefit strategy and administration. McCormick started with the enterprise in 2017. Since then, she has supported the employee benefits plan and provided subject matter expertise to her team, executives, and employees. McCormick has a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.

Michael Pecoraro also takes on a new role as senior manager, systems engineering. He has been with the company for 12 years, most recently as manager, systems engineering. As a senior manager, he will continue to lead his team, focusing on improving processes, tools, best practices and team culture. Pecoraro has his bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MBA from SUNY Oswego.
