Mathew Nearpass Joins SRCTec as Program Director

May 9, 2017

Syracuse, NY – Mathew Nearpass (headshot) has joined SRCTec LLC as program director. In this new position, Nearpass will steward the company’s launch into the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) market.

As a high-tech company with specialized capabilities in electronics manufacturing services, SRCTec has the ability to provide precision high end manufacturing services throughout the Central New York region, beyond its traditional role as a manufacturer solely for parent company, SRC, Inc. Building strong local manufacturing partnerships in the area is a top priority for the company and Nearpass will play a crucial role in exploring these new markets.

"We are pleased to welcome Matt to the team," said Mary Pat Hartnett, president, SRCTec. "His broad range of experience implementing high impact growth strategies and his proven track record of success in the defense industry will be vital to our expansion into the electronics manufacturing services market."

Nearpass joins SRCTec from Harris Corporation, where he served as director, product line management and led a company-wide refocus on product business plan strategies and turnaround initiatives. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Education Program and Clarkson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering. Nearpass currently resides with his family in Victor, NY.
