SeaPort-e is the Navy's IDIQ contract for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, SSP, NAVFAC) as well as CNI and the U.S. Marine Corps.

Through web-based, e-business procurement portal, NAVSEA achieves its strategic sourcing goals for performance-based service acquisition, leveraging its more than $500 million buying power, improving the agency’s business intelligence and reducing cycle time.
