Kevin Hair is president and chief executive officer of SRC, Inc. He is also a member of SRC’s board of trustees.

As president and CEO, Hair directs all activities, including developing and implementing strategic plans and business initiatives, as well as collaborating with SRCTec on projects to help both organizations continue to fulfill their mission to help keep America safe and strong by protecting its people, environment and way of life. Additionally, he directs strategic planning, monitors financial performance, creates new expansion initiatives, and develops key industry relationships.

Hair started at SRC as an entry-level electrical engineer and taking on roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure.

Hair has participated as both host and speaker for several industry events, conferences and forums, and is a member of numerous federal government business organizations. He currently serves on the CenterState CEO board of directors and is very involved in the community. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Boston University and a master’s degree in computer engineering from Syracuse University.
